Our people:

1. All caregivers are W2 employees- no 1099 independent contractors.

2. All caregivers are vetted thoroughly (background checks, motor vehicle record checks, reference checks and more)

3. All caregivers are interviewed at least twice.

4. All caregivers must pass our in-house training in addition to their professional training.

5. Our basic tenet for hiring can be summarized in a question, “Would I feel comfortable allowing this person to care for someone in my family?” If we cannot answer that question with a “yes,” we do not hire the candidate.

Our process:

1. Frequent supervisory visits.

2. Phones answered 24 hours per day.

3. All insurances: workers comp, liability, bonding, etc. (We’ve got ’em all).

4. Meticulous documentation.

5. Documented in-house procedures to maintain consistently high quality.
