We believe that our way is better: all of our employees are W2 employees that have significant training and experience, we carry all the requisite insurances (and then some!), and we take a hands-on approach to caregiving. At other agencies you may never see anyone other than the caregiver they send to your home. Not only will one of our managers perform the in-home consultation, we introduce each of our caregivers to you and audit our caregivers. You will see our faces and hear our voices quite often. We strive to provide the highest quality in-home supportive services.
